Flevopark​
​
Morjoy can be found in one of the lesser-known, but most special parks in Amsterdam, the Flevopark.
​​
Due to its unique location on the edge of the city and on the water of the Nieuwe Diep, there are plants and animals that you will not quickly encounter in an isolated city park. No fewer than 19 protected animal species have found their place here.
​​​​
Enjoy the Flevopark by strolling around. Either pick your own path or follow one of the walking routes below.
​​
In addition to walking paths, you will find in the Flevopark a playground, large dog walking areas and in the summer this is the perfect place for a picnic or BBQ. There are also various running routes, several sports groups meet each other and there are a various amount of fitness equipment located in the park. Around the park there is a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool, Jeugdland and you can even do water sports.

There are two short walks:
- an easy family-friendly walk of 3km
- a slightly longer walk through the park and over the dike (4km)

Morjoy​

Morjoy is a hidden gem in Amsterdam-Oost and definitely worth a visit.
​
Morjoy can be found in the Flevopark since September 2021 and is known for its coziness and delicious specialty coffee, tea and homemade delicacies.
​​​

Some highlights.

Our coffee is locally roasted by Stooker, right here in Amsterdam. This makes the coffee deliciously fresh.
​​​
The chai is a homemade syrup from By Trinitea. Which allows you to taste the flavor of the fresh ingredients perfectly.
​​​
You will find plenty of vegan options with us. In terms of milk, you can choose out of: oats, almond, coconut and soy. We also serve a vegan lemon blueberry pie and a stuffed fig with walnut topped with oregano.

In the spring and summer we also make our own homemade lemon lemonade and we serve Greek iced coffees.
